Minutes-
The minutes of the July meeting were
read and approved
·
Financial Statements-
No activity
leaving a balance of
$2478.17.
New Business:
·
Flying Field-
One row of trees has been removed from the permanent site. Tree
removal has been slowed because the saw mill has been closed.
·
Temporary
Field-
It is no longer necessary to call the airport to notify them 24
hours before you are going to fly. Just sign out the radio and pass
card at the main terminal.
·
Rules for
Temporary
Field-
1.
Sign
out radio and pass card from Ralph Driver at the main terminal.
2.
One
member must monitor the radio and spot for aircraft using the
taxiway. When aircraft are using the taxiway or runway 17 the air
horn is to be blown at which time all models must land.

Other possible Fields-
Several other possibilities are
still being pursued.
