Minutes-
The minutes of the April meeting
were not read.
·
Financial Statements-
We had expenditures of $160 for AMA
renewal and $112.66 for a 2 year renewal of the web site. We
collected $120 in dues leaving a balance of $2438.17. Our total
membership still stands at 25.
·
Flying Field Status-
There was an open discussion on the condition of the runway. The
runway area was tilled but needs to be seeded. Ken Whitfield will
ask his son-in-law for advice on what type of grass to plant. A work
party will be set up to smooth out the runway area and plant grass
in the next week or two.

A
suggestion was made to check with AMA for a grant to help with cost
of developing the new field. Bill Kirkpatrick has asked AMA for the
forms but an application cannot be submitted until fall.
