Meeting Minutes

New members:  None.

Old Business:

• Minutes- A There were no minutes from the August meeting.
• Financial Statements- Neal McGrath reported that the only financial activity for the quarter was payments for mowing and materials to repair the safety fence for the flying field leaving a balance in the treasury of $2,020.
• Fun Fly – A motion was made and approved to have a fly-in on Saturday October 17, 2009 for fixed-wing aircraft only. It was decided that we would invite members from other clubs from the area and charge a $10 landing fee. Lunch consisting of hot dogs, baked beans and cold slaw will be served. The following individuals volunteered to bring items to the fly-in:
  Jerry – Soft drinks
  John - Chips
  Curtis – Plastic ware

·        Next Meeting- The next meeting will be held at 6:00pm on Thursday October 1 at the Anderson County Airport.
