• A motion was made and seconded to approve the minutes of the September 5, 2007 meeting.

New Business:

• Neal McGrath presented the financial statements for the quarter September 30, 2007 noting that the only activity since the last meeting was an expenditure of $111 for hats to be sold to club members. A motion was made and seconded that the financial statements be approved as presented.
• Various club members who participated in the Carolina Fest reported that we got a lot of positive feed back on the demonstration that we presented at the event and that we are expected to be invited back next year.  The Club will send a letter of appreciation for the invitation to participate.
• The date of December 6, 2007 was set for this years Christmas celebration.  The event will take place at Rayn’s at 6:00pm.
• A decision was made to purchase a new first aid kit to be left at the guard station.  The club member who checks in at the guard station in the morning should pick it up and the person who checks out should return it.
• We would like to express thanks to Rudy Kellerman for the great job he has done maintaining the Club web site.
